Executive, Marketing Communications 
(ShangHai, HeFei )

Responsibilities:
You will be assisting Director, Marketing & Business Development to contribute, develop and executive marketing plan, strategy and communications for JFPS Group branding and corporate identity, organization profiling, and other related activities in order to support sales and revenue generation;
You will be sourcing advertising, publicity and promotion opportunities and placing adverts in the press (local, national, regional and international publications) depending on the organization and the campaign through whatever necessary means, mainly partnerships;
You will be developing and implementing national and international public relations campaign and media handling exercises;
You will be planning, managing and implementing all various press and media and government relations such as partnerships, press releases, quotes and media interviews to ensure adequate publicity;
You will be initiating, developing, delivering and managing various eMarketing programs and strategy that deliver business objectives;
You will be responsible for solid identification and execution of digital, social and new media tools and channels and other aspects of digital media and technology;
You will be coordinating the production of marketing collateral materials with the design team including production of brochures, eDM, e-newsletters, etc of all training and professional development program produced by the company;
You will be sourcing, researching, acquiring, optimizing and prepare data lists for the creation of email marketing campaigns;
You will be setting-up and execute overall direct / email marketing campaign to reach potential clients, producing actionable leads for the sales and partnerships consultants;
You will take responsibility for ensuring e-mail campaign issues and resolution steps are accurately logged with the IT department;
You will be key driver for the production of key internal publications and corporate social responsibility projects;
You will be working closely with web designers in maintaining the official website in terms content, event updates, etc;
You will be monitoring competitors activities;
You will be updating weekly, monthly and project status reports; and
Perform any other duties as required and assigned.

Requirements: 
•A Diploma holder / an undergraduate degree in Marketing / Communications or equivalent
•Demonstrated brilliant understanding of marketing communications (i.e.; PR & Media Liaison, brand management, and social media marketing)
•High level of desktop computer literacy skills; including demonstrated experience in word processing, spread-sheeting, computerized presentations and web based research.
•Well-developed interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including the ability to liaise with management, staff and external agencies and establish effective professional relationships
•Proven creativity and ability to work as a team member or independently as required
•Demonstrated organizational, project management, time management and administrative skills including the ability to prioritize tasks
•Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
•Understanding of general office procedures, responsibilities and ability to support senior management and a large professional team
